Truely Love God, Jesus and Holy Spirit ♥

Yesterday's service was really good. It's a service you can't afford to miss.
You'll never know when God is going to share something great in the house of God.

Pastor Tan preached about LIFE yesterday.
He said" The moment you become a christian, God wants to use you as an example."

He talked about 4 parts of the Abrahamic Covenent:
1. Leaving to cleave.
It is leaving a life you have now, and cleaving onto meaning entering into a deeper union or relationship with god. To enter into the intimate convenent of God.

2. Intimacy with the lord
Its to wholly follow the lord.
He quoted:" he who is joined with the Lord, is one spirit."
In order for the children of Israel to enter into the promise land, a country flowing with milk and honey, they had to wholly follow the lord. With all their hearts.

3.Faith in God
How wholly does God want you to follow him?
Abraham's faith was tested when God asked him to give up his son Issac.
Abraham's faith had moved on from faith to FIDELITY= Loyalty.
It means Abraham's faith in God is to the point whereby he is able to trust in the character of God knowing that whatever God does is for his Good.

The last pointer, was one that impacted me the most.

4. You become as example through brokenness.
2 corinthians 4:8
~ It is life that comes out of death.
chim?? haha, Well, it simply means, whatever you have been through before, you were brokened for a purpose. To give life to those around you. So that when you eventually meet someone of the same experience, you are able through what you have been through and overcomed, you can encourage and bring this person back on his or her feet with your testimony.

A life that is broken for a purpose to glorify God's goodness.

God began to remind me about how he brought me through my worst times.
It was an adventure, but an adventure worth taken.

My biggest problem at that time became my greatest BREAKTHROUGH.
Indeed God is faithful in all his promises and he has shown me how all things would work for Good to those who love him. That, one day through all my brokenness, I would be able to be a testimony for christ. Knowing that, what i have overcomed, could be a great encouragement for others.

I thank God for using me despite my imperfections.
Though Im so unworthy but yet he chose to love me to the very end. (:
